Ryan’s place was exactly what I needed for a quick weekend of bike activities in the surrounding area. Quiet, comfortable, clean. (bonus, the hairdryer came with the attachments!) Located within walking distance of several great coffee shops and restaurants.

We were so impressed with Ryan's quick responses when we needed them, even delivering coffee personally when I overlooked the ground coffee supply. Responses were always within a few minutes. The place itself was just what we needed for our stay. The kitchen is spacious and appliances better than mine at home. LOL Plenty of room and comfortable from the beds to the indoor temperature during a VERY COLD and SNOWY period. The parking lot was plowed adequately for parking and getting in and out.

Ryan is an excellent communicator and was extremely helpful with making sure our late night arrival went smoothly. His place is very clean and is located in an excellent location. We will definitely stay here again as well as recommend the place to others.

The Northern Nook #1 is comfortably decorated and so very well set up - its charm in downtown Negaunee will not disappoint. Ryan is a wonderful host and great communicator. He has created an amazing atmosphere with everything you need and more. Lots of special touches around the apartment and for sure a great kitchen - that is very nicely equipped. We will be back!

Doesn't get much better than this! Great place, great spot and great renter. Everything was spot on and the place is great. The bar next door has great burgers, the bakery has the best muffins and the pizza across the street is fantastic. Would definitely stay again when visiting my daughter at northern. It's only a quick easy 15 minutes from campus.
