This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted.
2. Quiet Hours
Please respect neighbors. Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.
3. Registered Guests Only
Only the guests included on the reservation are allowed on the property unless approved in advance.
4. No Smoking or Vaping
Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the unit. A $500 cleaning fee may apply if evidence is found.
5. No Pets
No pets are allowed in order to keep the home allergy-friendly.
6. Stairs Required
This is an upper-unit duplex and requires climbing stairs. Please ensure everyone in your group is comfortable with stairs.
7. Parking
One off-street parking space is included. Please do not block neighbors or driveways.
8. Respect the Duplex
There are tenants in the lower unit. Please avoid excessive noise and be mindful of footsteps late at night or early in the morning.
9. No Moving Furniture
Please keep all furniture in its original location to prevent damage.
10. Use the Washer/Dryer Responsibly
Empty pockets, do not overload machines, and clean out lint traps for safety.
11. Follow Local Laws
Guests must follow all local, state, and federal laws during their stay.

Andrew‘s place was cozy and convenient to NMU’s campus!
We really appreciated the gas fireplace and laundry in the unit.
The beds were exceptionally comfortable and we felt right at home.
We would definitely stay again:)

Andrew's place was very clean, well-stocked, comfortable, and in a great location. Andrew communicated well and made us feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again when traveling to Marquette!

Andrew’s place was great for the two of us while we were in town. We were able to walk to dinner the first night and make dinner the second night—the kitchen is pretty well equipped for basic food prep. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small, but it suited our needs and the shower head is phenomenal, especially after a day of hiking. Lastly, I really appreciate having a washed and dryer. I don’t know if we will ever pass through Marquette again, but if we do we would stay here again.
