Host was very responsive and helpful with clear instructions prior to check-in. Parking was ample and the neighborhood was peaceful. We enjoyed the space and will return when we visit the area again to see Northern Michigan University!

this is a wonderful place! be aware that the upstairs guests noise is a thing, but it's totally fine as long as you know someone might be walking around. The parking is a dream! located right behind the house and keeps you off the street! The proximity to campus and even 3rd street and downtown is wonderful! the house itself is perfectly appointed and has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.
